With the option to configure either a soft-start or VFD starter panel – along with Vermeer features like the duplex drum design and continuous undermill discharge conveyor system – the TG7000E has the flexibility and features you need for productive processing.



Features and Benefits

  • The TG7000E is powered by two electric motors that deliver a combined 1000 hp (746 kW) to the mill. A separate 60 hp (45 kW) electric motor powers the pump for the hydraulic circuits, while a 2 hp (1.5 kW) electric motor powers the fan to cool the hydraulic system.

  • The motor starter panel provides options to configure a control system that best fits your application - whether that’s a soft-start or VFD panel.

  • The patented Series II duplex drum offers proven cutting performance, and reversible hammers and tips that can nearly double the wear life of single-sided designs and simplify daily maintenance.

  • The patented thrown object restraint system (TORS) reduces the amount and distance of thrown objects, and has a smooth underside for better material flow.

  • An optional loader cab with grapple allows for a one-man operation, which can help reduce labor costs and increase efficiency.

  • Designed to handle more production with less clogging, the 36" (91.4 cm) wide continuous undermill discharge conveyor system offers optimum speed and capacity.
